Tracker control architecture

Every layer has a role — and a verifiable state.

The TCU acts in the field, the network carries data, NCU Web supervises the fleet and the app reduces commissioning time. TECSCI Monitoring is a separate product.

Commissioning app

Connect locally to a TCU or remotely to the fleet to command, confirm the actual state and investigate each device without a laptop or a field trip.

  • Guided commissioning

    Phone geolocation, serial QR code scanning and assisted TCU calibration.

  • Local control

    USB or Bluetooth connection to move, stop and position the tracker with real-time telemetry.

  • Verified remote operation

    Plant map, mass commands and tracking of each TCU’s position, target and returned state.

  • Complete remote diagnostics

    Telemetry, sensors, alarms, events, tracking history, command queue and parameters read from the device.

  • Supervision and automatic correction

    The app shows expected configuration against actual state; when automatic correction is enabled, the API synchronizes fleet discrepancies.
