How is plant data collected?
Through a Wago CC100 PLC datalogger installed at the plant, which communicates with the assets over the Modbus protocol and sends readings to the platform every few seconds.
What happens if the plant goes offline?
The datalogger keeps a local backup of the data for up to 7 days. Once the connection is restored, the history is automatically synchronized with the platform.
Which assets can be monitored?
Incoming switchgear, protection relays, power centers, inverters, solarimetric stations, trackers and cameras — plus any Modbus-compatible asset.
Which report formats are available?
Data and report export in PDF, XLSX and CSV, plus PVSyst-compatible files for performance analysis.
How are alarms delivered?
In real time, via Telegram and e-mail, ranked by severity. Alarms can automatically raise corrective work orders in the CMMS.
Does it work on plants without TECSCI trackers?
Yes. Plant Monitoring is an independent platform and can be connected to any solar plant, regardless of equipment supplier.
