Cloud-based multi-plant monitoring platform: performance, real-time alarms, CMMS, cameras and artificial intelligence — subscribed separately, for any plant.
TECSCI product · Operations and management
Overview
TECSCI Plant Monitoring is subscription-based and connects to the assets already installed at the plant — with or without TECSCI trackers — centralizing operations, maintenance and management in a single web environment.
Compare plants, assets and KPIs across the entire portfolio on one screen, with readings updated every few seconds.
Actual versus expected generation, availability, losses and trends to prioritize where the operation is losing energy.
Centralized events ranked by severity, with instant alerts via Telegram and e-mail.
Maintenance management with over 100 pre-configured checklists and corrective work orders raised from alarms.
Important
An independent portfolio management platform: performance, alarms, CMMS, cameras and AI for any solar plant, from any supplier.
Supervision and command system for the TECSCI tracker fleet, supplied together with the Tracker. It does not replace the plant monitoring platform.

Platform
Monitoring brings web access, asset supervision and CMMS onto the same foundation: what happens in the field becomes an alarm, the alarm becomes a work order and everything becomes a KPI.

Browser access from anywhere, with per-user customizable dashboards and a consolidated view of every plant in the portfolio.

Readings every few seconds, remote resets and supervision of switchgear, protection relays, power centers, inverters, solarimetric stations and trackers.

Over 100 pre-configured checklists, corrective work orders opened from alarms and field execution integrated with the mobile app.
Operations center
Customizable dashboards, alarms, cameras and consolidated KPIs in a unified operations center — ready for video walls and 24/7 O&M teams.

Highlights
Actual platform screens: from the plant dashboard to asset security, every module is designed for the daily routine of solar asset operators.

A complete view of each plant: generation, asset status, active alarms and real-time operational KPIs.

Continuous comparison between actual and expected generation to spot deviations, losses and asset underperformance.

Instant notifications via Telegram and e-mail, ranked by severity with a complete event history.

Integration through the Hikvision API, AI-based intrusion alarms and fire detection from satellite data.
Artificial intelligence
AI support examines operational data and turns dashboards into actionable insights: anomalies, trends and recommendations for the O&M team.
Technical FAQ
Through a Wago CC100 PLC datalogger installed at the plant, which communicates with the assets over the Modbus protocol and sends readings to the platform every few seconds.
The datalogger keeps a local backup of the data for up to 7 days. Once the connection is restored, the history is automatically synchronized with the platform.
Incoming switchgear, protection relays, power centers, inverters, solarimetric stations, trackers and cameras — plus any Modbus-compatible asset.
Data and report export in PDF, XLSX and CSV, plus PVSyst-compatible files for performance analysis.
In real time, via Telegram and e-mail, ranked by severity. Alarms can automatically raise corrective work orders in the CMMS.
Yes. Plant Monitoring is an independent platform and can be connected to any solar plant, regardless of equipment supplier.
